RETURN OF GOODS

 

The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) Days without stating a reason. 

The period for withdrawal from the Contract begins on the Day the Goods are received by the Buyer. The Goods are considered received by the Buyer at the moment when the Buyer or a Third party designated by them, with the exception of the carrier, takes over all parts of the ordered Goods.

 

To proceed with the return and prepare the shipment you wish to return, please follow the steps below:

 

a) If you are interested in a return courier:

  1. Place the product in its original condition into the packaging (with tags, unworn, unwashed). If you do not have the original packaging, use other opaque packaging material. It is important that it is well packed and properly sealed!
  2. You do not need to write the recipient's address on the package. The courier will place the barcode label on the package.
  3. Seal the package.
  4. You do not need to pay the courier! The fee for this service is €4 and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  5. Once the package is returned to us, we will send you an informational email. We will refund the purchase price of the products within 14 days of confirmation. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the amount you used for payment back to it. If you paid cash on delivery, we will transfer the value of the products to the bank account you provided in the return form.
  6. Write your name and order number starting with # on the envelope.
  7. Fill out the return form, based on which we will send you a courier.

If GLS confirmed the pickup of your package and the courier does not show up, please call the GLS customer service line at tel. no.: 045 52 42 500.

 

b) If you return the package by post:

  1. Place the product in its original condition into the packaging (with tags, unworn, unwashed). If you do not have the original packaging, use other opaque packaging material. It is important that it is well packed and properly sealed!
  2. Write the recipient's address: MAGENTA SHOP s.r.o., Hlavná 11/23 - Pepe pasáž, 917 01 Trnava and the sender's address (i.e., your address) and the order number starting with # on the package.
  3. Print and fill out the withdrawal from contract form and place it in the envelope.
  4. Seal the package and send it to us by post.
  5. Once the package is returned to us, we will send you an informational email. We will refund the purchase price of the products within 14 days of confirmation. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the amount you used for payment back to it. If you paid cash on delivery, we will transfer the value of the products to the bank account you provided in the return form.
