The gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The freely transferable voucher will be issued and sent only in electronic form to the email address provided by the customer during payment. It is possible to combine multiple gift vouchers for one purchase. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference must be paid by the buyer.
The gift voucher cannot be returned either during its validity or after its expiry, and its value cannot be paid out in cash. Gift vouchers can only be paid for by credit card, as they are sent automatically. Vouchers ordered with cash on delivery will be cancelled.
