The validity of the gift voucher is 1 year from the date of purchase. The freely transferable voucher will be issued and sent only in electronic form to the email address provided by the customer during payment. Multiple gift vouchers can be combined with one purchase. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the buyer must pay the difference.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, neither within their validity period nor after their expiry date, and their value cannot be refunded in cash. Gift vouchers can only be paid by credit card, as they are automatically sent. (Vouchers ordered for cash on delivery will be cancelled).
